Abia Angels FC 2-0 Raw Talent FC U15: Ezeani, Edewor Goals Extend Unbeaten Preseason Run
Abia Angels maintained their impressive preseason form with a hard-fought 2-0 victory over Raw Talent FC U15, as goals in each half secured all three points and a second consecutive clean sheet.
The Angels took control early through Ezeani’s clinical finish, putting the visitors on the back foot from the opening exchanges. The strike set the tone for a dominant first-half display, with Abia Angels dictating the tempo and limiting Raw Talent FC U15 to a few clear-cut chances.
Precious Edewor added a second goal to seal a convincing victory and extend the team’s impressive preseason run. The second goal further underlined the Angels’ attacking sharpness this preseason, with the side showing composure in front of goal to make the breakthrough count.
The clean sheet follows Abia Angels’ emphatic 5-1 demolition of Ubakala Babes, signalling the squad is building momentum ahead of the competitive season. Back-to-back shutouts have strengthened confidence in the team’s defensive form heading into the new campaign.
With both attack and defence firing on all cylinders, the Angels are shaping up nicely for what’s to come. The victory over Raw Talent FC U15 marks another statement of intent as Abia Angels look to carry their preseason form into competitive action.
